Ticketing Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to all flight tickets booked through TDIS Logistics Ltd ("TDIS", "we", "us"). By confirming a booking you agree to them, together with the fare rules of the airline you fly with.
1. Fares and quotes
Fares shown on our website are indicative starting prices. Airline fares change with availability, season and exchange rates, so a fare is only guaranteed once your ticket is issued. Quotes we send you are valid for the time stated in the quote.
2. Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed when payment (or, for Fly Now, Pay Later, your down payment) is received and the airline issues your e-ticket.
- We accept payment by bank transfer and card. Prices may be quoted in Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($); dollar fares are converted at the rate on the day of payment.
- Our service fee, if any, is shown separately on your quote.
- Fly Now, Pay Later bookings are also covered by our FNPL Terms.
3. Passenger details
Names must match the passenger's passport or government ID exactly. Please check your details before payment — airlines may charge for name corrections or refuse boarding if names do not match.
4. Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (usually at least 6 months' validity), any visas and health certificates (such as a yellow fever card) required for your journey. We can advise on requirements, but the final decision rests with airlines and immigration authorities. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry caused by missing or invalid documents.
5. Changes
Date, time or route changes are subject to the airline's fare rules, availability and any fare difference. Airline change fees plus our administration fee will be charged where applicable.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Refunds depend on the fare rules of your ticket. Some fares are non-refundable; others are refundable minus airline penalties.
- Where a refund is allowed, we request it from the airline and pay it to you once the airline has refunded us. Airline processing can take several weeks.
- Our service fees are non-refundable once the ticket is issued.
- Unused (no-show) tickets may lose all value under the airline's rules.
7. Flight delays and cancellations by airlines
Airlines are responsible for their schedules. If your flight is disrupted we will help you rebook or claim what you are entitled to — see our Flight Disruption Protocol.
8. Our responsibility
We act as an agent for the airlines. We are not liable for airline acts or omissions, or for losses caused by events outside our control, including strikes, weather, airport closures and government action.
9. Complaints
Contact us on WhatsApp (+234 815 948 1397) or at contactus@tdislogistics.com. We aim to respond to written complaints within 5 business days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
