Fly Now, Pay Later Terms

Fly Now, Pay Later ("FNPL") lets you pay for flight tickets booked with TDIS Logistics Ltd in installments. These terms apply in addition to our Ticketing Terms & Refund Policy.
1. Who can apply
FNPL is available to individuals aged 18 or over resident in Nigeria, and to registered companies and organisations, subject to an eligibility check. We may decline any application.
2. Eligibility check
- Individuals: a valid government ID and proof of income (for example recent payslips or bank statements).
- Companies and organisations: CAC registration documents, recent bank statements and the details of an authorised signatory.
We use this information only to assess your application and manage your plan, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your repayment plan
- Before ticketing we send you a written plan showing the fare, down payment, service fee, number of installments, each payment amount and due dates.
- The standard down payment is 25% of the ticket price. Plans run from 3 to 12 months.
- Estimates from our online calculator are indicative only; the written plan is what applies.
- Your e-ticket is issued once the down payment is received and the plan is signed or accepted in writing.
4. Paying installments
Installments are due on the dates in your plan. You may pay off the balance early at any time.
5. Late or missed payments
If a payment is late we will contact you first. Continued non-payment may lead to late charges stated in your plan, cancellation of unused flight segments where airline rules allow, and recovery of the outstanding balance.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and refunds follow the airline's fare rules and our Ticketing Terms. If a ticket is refunded, the refund is first applied to any balance you still owe.
7. Corporate and organisation accounts
Credit limits, invoicing and payment terms for companies and organisations are agreed in a separate written account agreement.
