Baggage Guide
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Baggage allowances are set by each airline and depend on your route, cabin and fare type. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket — if you are unsure, send us your booking reference on WhatsApp and we will check it for you.
Typical allowances
- Domestic flights in Nigeria: usually one checked bag of around 20–23kg in economy, plus one small cabin bag. Some lower fares include less.
- International economy: commonly one or two checked bags of up to 23kg each, plus a 7–8kg cabin bag.
- Business class: usually two or more checked bags of up to 32kg each.
Before you fly
- Weigh your bags at home — excess baggage at the airport is expensive.
- Extra bags are usually cheaper when bought in advance. Ask us to add them to your booking.
- When your journey uses more than one airline, the strictest allowance may apply.
- Keep medicines, valuables, documents and electronics in your cabin bag.
- Power banks and spare lithium batteries must go in your cabin bag, never in checked luggage.
Lost or damaged bags
Report it at the airline's baggage desk before leaving the airport and keep the report reference. Then contact us and we will help you follow up with the airline.
