Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
TDIS Logistics Ltd ("TDIS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, book flights with us or apply for Fly Now, Pay Later (FNPL), how we use it, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).
1. Who we are
TDIS Logistics Ltd, Suite 257 Rock of Ages Mall, Jabi, Abuja, Nigeria. For any privacy question, contact us at contactus@tdislogistics.com or +234 815 948 1397.
2. What we collect
- Contact details — name, phone/WhatsApp number and email address you submit through our forms.
- Flight details — routes, travel dates, number of passengers and cabin preferences.
- Passenger details — names as on passport, date of birth, passport or ID details and other information airlines require for ticketing.
- FNPL information — for Fly Now, Pay Later applications: ID documents, proof of income or bank statements, and for organisations, CAC documents and authorised signatory details.
- Technical data — your IP address and basic browser information, recorded when you submit a form.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send fare quotes.
- To book and issue flight tickets, and to manage changes, refunds and disruptions.
- To assess FNPL applications, set up repayment plans and send payment reminders.
- To advise on travel documents you ask us about.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to perform a contract with you (your booking), to take steps at your request before a contract (quotes and enquiries), to comply with legal obligations, and — for marketing — with your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to issue and manage your tickets with airlines, airline booking systems and payment providers, and — for visa support you request — with visa application centres. FNPL information is used only by TDIS to assess and manage your plan. Some of these parties are outside Nigeria; where data is transferred abroad, we take the steps required by the NDPA to protect it. We never sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years and booking records for up to 6 years to meet accounting and legal requirements. FNPL application documents are kept for the life of your plan and up to 6 years after it is fully repaid. Documents from declined applications are deleted within 90 days.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted staff access and secure storage. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents over unsecured channels.
8. Your rights
Under the NDPA you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, or request a copy in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
9. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
